Section 01
Payments & Booking
- 01Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment.
- 02Payments made by cheque are subject to realization.
- 03GST will be charged extra.
- 04All bookings are non-refundable.
- 05Charges for additional hours must be settled in advance on the day of the event, subject to availability.
- 06A refundable security deposit of ₹30,000 is payable on the day of the event.
- 07Postponement of an event is permitted only once, within six months of the original booking date, and will be subject to the prevailing tariff at the time of rescheduling.
- 08Venue tariff includes air-conditioning, housekeeping, water and garbage disposal but excludes furniture and electricity.
- 09Decoration timings must be scheduled in advance and strictly adhered to.
Section 02
Venue Guidelines
- 01The kitchen may be used only for storing food items. Cooking is strictly prohibited.
- 02Washing of cooking utensils, disposal of food waste and leftover food within the premises is not permitted. Caterers are responsible for removing all food waste, including banana leaves, paper products and disposable cups.
- 03The lift, generator and air-conditioning systems are maintained by third-party service providers. While every effort will be made to restore services promptly in the event of a breakdown, the management cannot be held responsible for any delays.
- 04Air-conditioning will remain switched off during Homam.
- 05Homa Kundam may be placed only at the designated location on the stage.
- 06Posters, banners or signage may not be affixed to walls.
- 07Decorations may be carried out during the agreed hours on the preceding day and must be completed within the allotted time. If another event is scheduled in the latter half of the day, decoration will be permitted only during the two-hour window immediately before the function.
- 08Drilling, nailing, taping, gluing or otherwise damaging walls, ceilings, flooring or fixtures is strictly prohibited.
- 09Entrance decor must be supported using a free-standing structure.
- 10All events must conclude by 10:00 PM.
- 11Alcohol, smoking, pan masala/pan Parag and pets are strictly prohibited within the premises.
- 12Abhishekam may be performed only in the designated area in the porch.
- 13Tea, coffee, juice, snacks and food are permitted only in the dining areas.
Section 03
Safety & Liability
- 01The management is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any personal belongings brought onto the premises.
- 02Any damage caused to the venue or its property, including furniture, fixtures, lighting, air-conditioning systems, fans, washrooms or any other facility, by the customer, guests, caterers or decorators will be chargeable to the customer.
- 03Loudspeakers or sound systems beyond the permitted limits are not allowed. Any penalties imposed by statutory authorities shall be borne by the customer.
- 04Parking is available for up to 17-18 cars. Should additional parking or valet services be required, these must be arranged independently and at the customer's own risk.
